The energy sector is waiting for significant changes. Ensuring energy security through the diversification of energy sources has become a priority issue.

Climate is a statistical state of the atmosphere characterized by average values and fluctuations in the values of meteorological variables. To be able to observe climate changes, it is necessary to analyze long time series of weather observations, for at least 30 years.

The development of renewable energy sources is associated with the need to finance new energy sources, which was the basis for the development of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) program strategy.
